Anthony Quinn Warner is a 63-year-old Tennessee man who has been named as the person of interest accused in the explosion of a parked RV in downtown Nashville on Christmas morning.

FBI public affairs officer Darrell DeBusk said information developed during the course of the investigation led law enforcement to the former home of Anthony Quinn Warner on Bakertown Road in Antioch, Tennessee.

Per public records Anthony Quinn Warner recently conveyed his property in Antioch, Tennessee to Michelle L Swing, of Los Angeles, California for free. A quit claim deed available through Davidson County records shows that on November 25, 2020, he gave the property in Antioch to an unmarried Swing for zero dollars.

The deed says that Warner was unmarried. The woman has ties to Tennessee and is 29 years old, according to online records. Her Facebook page is now deleted. It is unclear what their relationship is at this time.

Warner also has an arrest history from the late 70s for felony controlled substances in Davidson County, Tennessee.

One online report says Warner “worked for himself in computers.” The report continued that he was “self-employed in IT.” It is not known if Warner worked for AT&T where internet, phone, and 9-1-1 services were still down as of this morning.

Nashville Mayor John Cooper previously called the bombing a “one-off event.”

Cooper was quoted saying “As for the explosion, we’ve got great people working on it, and we’ll get to the bottom of it,” he said in a news conference. “It seems intentional, but I think it’s just a one-off event, and people should not be concerned about it. But in a year that has had everything else, let’s add an explosion to it.”

Cincinnati police were dispatched to a similiar RV parked and running near the federal building there last night as a precaution.

The outages were reported several hours after the explosion. AT&T indicated in their statement that the building was damaged and access to power was an issue.

“There are serious logistical challenges to working in a disaster area, and we will make measurable progress in the hours and days ahead,” the statement read.

The outage also caused flights out of Nashville International Airport to be halted on Friday but most flights appeared to be on time Saturday morning.

Merry Christmas 2020

From everyone at Never Forget 9-11 Foundation we wish you a very Merry Christmas 2020 and hope the New Year brings us all closer together. We wanted to share the quote below from one of our favorite holiday stories in hopes that we all find these days to be filled with charity, mercy, and general good acts of kindness. These are the same traits that brought America together in the aftermath of September 11 and together we accomplish so much more than apart.

We hope you will remember the many front line responders (police, fire, EMS) and hospital workers who work today to bring you safety while you spend time during this pandemic, COVID19.

Christmas 2020

An Old Quote For Christmas 2020

“…and it was always said of him, that he knew how to keep Christmas well, if any man alive possessed the knowledge. May that be truly said of us, and all of us! And so, as Tiny Tim observed, God bless Us, Every One!” – Charles Dickens, A Christmas Carol

Together in partnership and collaboration with the Dallas community, we will meet the challenges of today and beyond.”

Zephi Trevino: Victim Or Murderess

Zephi Trevino

Zephi Trevino, is a Texas teen is accused of Capital Murder in connection with the fatal shooting of a man that occurred when she was 16. Dallas District Attorney John Creuzot intends to charge her as an adult pending a January 4, 2021 hearing per a Dallas news story.

Zephi Trevino

Her mother and other advocates, including Jamie Lee Curtis and Kim Kardashian West, say she is a victim of sex trafficking, not a killer.

Zephi Trevino

Zephaniah Trevino, now 17, is one of three people charged with capital murder in the fatal shooting of Carlos Arajeni-Arriaza Morillo, 24. He was killed in a Grand Prarie apartment in August 2019. Zephi Trevino

Another defendant, Philip Baldenegro, then 18, admitted to fatally shooting Morillo and shooting and injuring another man as part of a robbery attempt. He and Jesse Martinez, then 19, are all charged in the case. Attorney David Finn represents Baldenegro. “She brought the guys to the apartment and set the whole thing up,” said Finn.

Zephi Trevino’s parents and Baldenegro’s attorney agree the men were there to have sex with Zephi, but Zephi’s parents claim Baldenegro was forcing their daughter to have sex for money. Baldenegro’s attorney says his client admits he pulled the trigger, but he is not a pimp. “She is no victim. My client Philip Baldenegro is 19 and I think she was 16 at the time. They had a boyfriend-girlfriend relationship that is born out on my client’s cellphone,” said Finn. “She engineered, organized, executed the entire plan,” Finn said.

Zephi Trevino

Zephi Trevino Background

Zephaniah, or “Zephi” as she’s known to friends and family, was a typical teenager in her Grand Prairie, Texas community. Kind, outgoing, and the youngest of four siblings raised in a loving home, she was involved in activities from her church worship team to pitching for her high school softball team.

Zephi Trevino

Trevino’s mom, Crystal Trevino, told local media her daughter was offered a plea deal that would give her 10 years in prison, but declined. Crystal said her daughter played sports and was involved in her church before she fell in with the wrong crowd, saying the plight of her daughter Zephi Trevino is “a mother’s worst nightmare.”

Zephi Trevino Case

Crystal Trevino says her daughter was offered a ten year plea deal, which she declined. She faces up to 40 years in prison. Trevino’s case has caught the attention of numerous celebrities.

Zephi Trevino

Civil rights lawyer Justin Moore is helping the family and helped get the attention of Jason Flom, a founding board member of The Innocence Project. Flom says he thinks Dallas District Attorney John Creuzot should take a closer look at the case. “On what planet does it make sense that we are going to charge her with capital murder? It’s a disastrously failed social policy,” Flom said. The Innocence Project, has helped secure the release of hundreds of wrongfully convicted people.

Zephi Trevino, John Creuzot, and Dominque Alexander

The case also presents an interesting challenge for Creuzot.

Recently, former Chief of Police Reneé Hall was reported to be in an inappropriate relationship with convicted felon and local activist Dominique Alexander. The public report hastened Hall’s exit as police chief and her depature was announced less than twenty-four hours after the report. Creuzot has not been seen out front on sex trafficking issues unlike the local US Attorney’s Office who recently arrested a local man for sex trafficking.

Additionally, like Reneé Hall, Creuzot is known to be friendly with Dominque Alexander and there are multiple sources who indicate Creuzot made a nonprosecution with Alexander and Next Generation Action Network in return for not endangering his election campaign with Alexander’s activism in certain neighborhoods. John Creuzot and his office are prohibited from speaking about the Trevino case, but he is noticable silent on relationships with both Alexander and Judge Audrey Moorehead, recently arrested for DWI.

Sex trafficking is an important training topic to fire and EMS responders. Never Forget 9-11 Foundation plans programming around this subject ion 2021.

Brian Maiorana: Staten Island Man Charged With Threats Against FBI

Brian Maiorana

Brian Maiorana, a Staten Island man and sex offender, was arrested Tuesday after posting explosive social media posts that allegedly threatened to kill celebrants of Joe Biden’s presidential win, derided Sen. Chuck Schumer as “the Jew Senator from New York” — and called for the “extermination” of Democrats, federal prosecutors announced.

Maiorana has a history of violent social media posts, has been charged in Brooklyn federal court w/making online threats to “blow up” an FBI building and harm “the Jew Senator from New York”–an apparent reference to Chuck Schumer.

Brian Maiorana

Authorities found a Glock, a taser, a crossbow, an expandable baton and a skull mask in his home during the arrest. Also a book called “The Anti-Govt Movement Guidebook.”

Brian Maiorana

The 1978 book, “The Turner Diaries,” has been cited by white supremacists, including Oklahoma City bomber Timothy McVeigh. In the novel, a revolution in the United States “leads to the overthrow of the federal government, a nuclear war, and, ultimately, a race war which leads to the systematic extermination of non-whites,” the feds said.

When Biden was declared the winner of the presidential election Saturday, Maiorana ranted about the celebration, feds alleged.

“All right thinking people need to hit the streets while these scumbags are celebrating and start blowing them away,” he posted, according to the feds.

Maiorana was convicted in Pennsylvania in 2007 of statutory sexual assault and is registered as a level 1 sex offender in New York state, the feds said.

New York has been increasingly tense with a NYPD Deputy Inspector suspended and another officer suspended for campaigning while on duty.
